Using LocalAdKit

LocalAdKit lets you make sample ("spec") video ads for local businesses and share them on a pitch page. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

What you may make

You may only make ads for real businesses using information from their own public website, and you may only use those ads to pitch that business or, once they agree, to run ads for them. Before any ad runs publicly, the business must approve it.

You must not use LocalAdKit to make ads that are false or misleading, that invent prices, discounts, reviews, ratings, licenses or guarantees, that impersonate a business to anyone other than that business, or that use another person's likeness, trademarks or copyrighted material without permission.

AI-generated content

Scenes, voiceovers and scripts are generated with AI. They can contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking every ad before you share or run it, and for telling businesses that the imagery is AI-generated.

Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Each plan includes a set number of spec ads per calendar month; unused ads do not roll over. You can cancel any time from the billing page and keep access until the end of the paid month. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.

No earnings promises

LocalAdKit is a tool. We do not promise that you will win clients or earn any amount of money.

Ending your account

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account by emailing us.

Liability

LocalAdKit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
