Creator program terms

Last updated October 29, 2026

The deal

Approved creators get a personal discount code. Customers who use it get 30% off their first 3 months. You earn 30% of what each referred customer pays, after discounts, refunds and taxes, for their first 12 months.

Payouts

Commissions are held for 30 days to cover refunds, then paid monthly once you've earned at least $50. A customer is credited to the first creator whose code or link they used.

Disclosure is required

Every video, post or story that mentions LocalAdKit must clearly say it is sponsored or that you earn a commission, in the video itself and in the description, following FTC rules and each platform's branded-content tools.

What you can't do

Don't promise or imply that viewers will earn a specific amount. Don't bid on our brand name in search ads, post your code on coupon sites, use it yourself, or make content that is hateful, sexual, or that uses other people's likeness or copyrighted characters.

Ending the program

Either side can end the arrangement any time. Commissions earned before the end are still paid. Commissions from fraud or rule breaks are not paid.
